At our manufacturing facility in the Piedmont region of North Carolina, Rowan Business Forms, Inc. features a line-up of five modern rotary web presses with interchangeable press cylinders; three high speed collators; state of the art ink jet imaging technology in-line; a complete bindery and a full service pre-press department. PRESSES

Sanden 3 color – 14"-17" and 22"; roll to roll or roll to fold. Conventional or laser inks

COLLATORS

Schriber Snap Collator ; unit sets up to 8 parts with carbon; six parts with patterned carbon.

Features: transfer tape; mylar; inboard and outboard gluing; cross web gluing for pasted pockets and peel-apart mailers (14"-17"-22" increments)-sorry no inserts. Interior glue lines; variable part lengths. Twin-webbing of substrates: bond, ledger, tag or pressure sensitive. (No tyvek.)

Schriber Continuous Collator-continuous forms up to 8 parts with carbon; six parts with patterned carbon.

Features: inboard and outboard gluing; cross-web gluing for pasted pockets and peel-apart – sorry no inserts; Patented ROTA-LOK® tape fastening system (one or both sides each 1", 2" or 4"); transfer tape, mylar, perforations; interior glue lines; Twin-webbing of substrates: bond, ledger, tag or pressure sensitive. (No tyvek.)

Hamilton 850 Collator - Up to 6-parts with carbon; unit sets or continuous.
Features: Programmable glue system for interrupt glue and custom patterns; In-board and out-board transfer tape; mylar; punching, perforations; Twin-webbing of substrates: bond, ledger, tag or pressure sensitive. (No tyvek.).
